Shadowhawk is transported to Spawn's Alley and asks the hero if he can cure him of the AIDS virus; As they are talking, Paul's dead brother Hojo shows up and offers to make Paul well if he will simply make a little deal; Hojo is revealed to be a demon and our heroes give battle but it is Trencher that shows up and finishes the monster off; Phoebe and Trencher tell Paul that dying from AIDS is his fate and he needs to learn to accept it
